Most recently, he completed his Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Industrial Psychology. Donnies is driven by a commitment to academic excellence, evident in his roles as a college instructor, guidance coordinator, and admissions staff.

Donnies has accumulated eight years of diverse work experience, showcasing his versatility in various roles. Currently, as an Associate Professor 1 at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta – Molino Campus, he facilitates courses in general education and psychology. In 2019, he founded the Lahok Training Center, dedicated to providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities in Psychology. In the realm of mental health practice, he serves as a registered psychologist, offering vital support to adult clients grappling with mental health issues.
