As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Elyse has demonstrated her commitment to excellence in coaching. Her journey in coaching began with her first coaches training in 2011.

She has since played a pivotal role as a coach for the Leadership Excellence Achievement Program (LEAP) in 2011 and served as a Head Coach leading a team of 13 coaches with a total of 50 plus participants in 2013 and 2023.

In the realm of Executive Coaching, Elyse holds certifications in Open Exo (Exponential Organizations), a framework that facilitates organizational growth and expansion by a factor of 12X. Her expertise extends to coaching entrepreneurs, government leaders, and executives, supporting them in accelerating their business growth within a remarkable timeframe of 3 to 6 months. Elyse is currently recognized as a Certified PCC level ICF coach, a testament to her proficiency and dedication in the coaching profession.
