Welcome to QuietMind Powered by iPsych (“App”), developed and owned by iPsych Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using this App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App.

1. Purpose of the App

QuietMind Powered by iPsych is designed as a personal wellness companion that helps users track their moods, reflections, stress levels, and wellness trends over time.

Through features such as daily and weekly logs, visual analytics, and achievement badges, the App aims to encourage mindfulness and consistency in personal well-being routines.

Use of this App is voluntary and self-directed. You may stop using it anytime without consequence.

The App does not provide medical or psychiatric advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, please contact emergency services or seek immediate professional help.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

  • By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access the App’s features, you must register using a valid email address and password.
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;

  • Ensuring no one else uses your account; and

  • Promptly notifying us if you suspect any unauthorized access.

You agree not to share, rent, or sell your account credentials to any third party.

4. Data Privacy and Security

  • Your personal data, including mood entries and activity logs, are stored securely via Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider.

  • We process all data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy.

  • While we employ reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, no system is completely immune to security risks.

  • You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing [email protected] or [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;

  • Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer any portion of the App;

  • Upload, share, or record offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content;

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual; or

  • Attempt to access another user’s data or interfere with the App’s security or performance.

Violation of this section may lead to immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, software code, text, graphics, user interface elements, and other content are the exclusive property of iPsych Inc. or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

The “QuietMind Powered by iPsych” name and logo are protected trademarks under intellectual property law.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

QuietMind Powered by iPsych is a self-tracking and reflection tool, not a clinical or diagnostic platform.

  • All data insights, trends, and achievements provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only.

  • They do not replace consultation with licensed mental health professionals.

  • iPsych Inc. does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through this App.

You understand and agree that your use of the App is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability and Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • iPsych Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless iPsych Inc. from any claims or losses, including those related to data breaches, system failures, inaccurate analytics, or user misuse.

  • Our total liability to you, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you for the use of the App.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • We detect suspicious or unauthorized activity; or

  • We decide to discontinue the App’s services.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and will result in loss of all stored data.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted within the App with the new effective date.

  • Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any future changes, you should stop using the App and request account deletion.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., analytics tools, email, cloud storage).
iPsych Inc. is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, to the exclusion of all other venues.

This Privacy Policy explains how iPsych Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the QuietMind Powered by iPsych application (“App”).

The App is designed for personal mood tracking and self-reflection, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Device information (type, operating system, browser version, IP address)

No facial images, voice data, or biometric identifiers are collected.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following lawful and legitimate purposes:

  • To provide anonymized and aggregated analytics for system improvement;

  • To detect and resolve technical issues;

  • To contact you for important updates, feature changes, or policy revisions;

  • Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed backend and cloud database provider.

  • Data is hosted on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel of iPsych Inc. under strict confidentiality.

  • We retain your information only as long as necessary for your use of the App or as required by law.

  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share limited data only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers – With third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, email verification, analytics) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Compliance – When required by law, subpoena, or government request.

  • Aggregate Insights – We may publish or share anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., average stress levels by week) that cannot identify any individual.

We do not share, sell, or lease personal data to advertisers, sponsors, or unrelated third parties.

  • Encrypted database storage (Supabase PostgreSQL encryption at rest)

  • Secure HTTPS communication between App and server

  • Limited employee access on a need-to-know basis

  • Regular security audits and data access logs

However, no system is fully secure. By using the App, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risks of digital communication.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as your account remains active or as required for legitimate purposes.
Upon deletion request:

  • Personal identifiers (email, nickname) are erased;

  • Mood logs and analytics are permanently deleted from Supabase within 30 days;

  • Backups are automatically purged after standard archival rotation.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a child’s data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.

  • Updated versions will be posted in-App and on https://ipsych.ph.

  • The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision.
    Continued use after such updates means you accept the revised Policy.
